// Materializing intangible data // During the research for the project “Memory Keepers” I made a row of experiments to make things that are only perceivable through vision, seizable to the blind. Asking blind kids what of all they can’t see, they would like to touch, interesting answers resulted. A girl wants to touch the stars, a boy would like to feel the ball during a soccer game, another one wished to touch digital elements. The tangible internet is an exploration of how it could look like to materialize the digital world. How would the experience of using digital media change for blind people or even for the sighted?
